1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below:

• "bdsolt" or "Platform" — the bdsolt.lat website and all its services, tools and content.
• "User" or "You" — any person who holds a registered account on the bdsolt platform or browses the site.
• "Account" — the user's personal registered profile.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer, free bet or cashback provided by bdsolt.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — any activity involving financial risk on the platform.
• "Terms" — this entire document and all policies attached to it.

In these terms, singular words may also refer to the plural and vice versa. Words such as "including" or "such as" are used as examples and are not limiting.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use the services on the bdsolt platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be a lawful resident of Bangladesh.
• You must hold a valid National ID (NID) or passport.
• You must not have been previously permanently banned from bdsolt.
• You must be legally capable of using the platform.
• You must not be affected by a gambling problem or be enrolled in a self-exclusion program.

Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account forfeiture.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on the bdsolt platform you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bdsolt may request the following documents to verify a user's identity:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

You can make deposits on the bdsolt platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

• Deposits must be made only from a method registered in your name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards are not permitted.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the original deposit method.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawal requests may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity.

All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology. bdsolt will never ask for your payment account PIN or password.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdsolt provides promotional offers from time to time. The following conditions apply when using these bonuses:

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.

• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being activated.
• Bets placed from the bonus balance may not count toward the wagering requirement for certain games.
• A player may only have one active bonus at a time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonuses unfairly (for example: multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns) will result in the bonus being cancelled and may lead to account closure.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules always apply when placing bets on the bdsolt platform:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Any amount incorrectly paid out due to a technical error will be recovered and corrected.
• bdsolt's decision is final in determining the outcome of events.
• In live betting, bets placed before the market closes are accepted.
• Any bet connected to match-fixing or fraudulent activity will be declared void.

6.1 Cricket Betting Special Rules

For bets on the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL) and other international cricket tournaments, the official ICC results apply. If a match is cancelled due to rain or other reasons, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdsolt platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated programs.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Treating other users or staff with threats, harassment or misconduct.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Engaging in any of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account cancellation, all balances may be forfeited and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8 VIP Program and Cashback

bdsolt's VIP program has three tiers. Tier is determined based on the user's betting activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week plus additional benefits.

bdsolt reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits. Cashback is added to your account on a set schedule each week. Your account must be verified to use VIP benefits.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

bdsolt places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

• You can set limits on deposits, bets or losses.
• Temporary breaks and self-exclusion options are available.

11 Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All content, logos, graphics, software, databases and designs on the bdsolt website are the intellectual property of bdsolt. Reproducing, distributing or commercially using any content without permission is prohibited.

The intellectual property rights of games available on the platform belong to the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming).

12 Limitation of Liability

bdsolt will not be liable for the following:

• Losses on bets caused by loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by third-party hacking or unauthorized access (where the user has not shared their credentials).
• Brief service interruptions caused by unexpected technical errors.
• Any loss caused by the user's own mistakes.

13 Account Cancellation and Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before closure.

13.2 Cancellation by bdsolt

bdsolt may cancel any account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.

14 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

16 Applicable Law

The relevant laws and regulations will apply to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion.

The Bengali version of this document will always be considered effective. In case of any confusion in translation, the original Bengali version will take precedence.
